Apply to ThreeSixty's summer camps

Date:
Deadline: April 26

Apply today for one of 32 spots in ThreeSixty’s summer journalism camps!

In the intermediate and beginning journalism camps, participants learn new, fun skills like interviewing, writing, photography, podcasting and videography. Work one-on-one with professional journalists to tell the stories that matter to you.

The deadline to apply is April 26.

The intermediate camp runs from June 13-25. Stay on campus for two weeks at St. Thomas with other Minnesota teens. The intermediate camp costs $750, but students who demonstrate they qualify for free or reduced-price lunch will receive a full scholarship. Applicants can also request financial aid.

The beginning day camp runs from July 6-30 and meets Monday-Thursday from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The day camp is free.

No one will be turned away because of financial need.

A third week following the beginning camp will be offered to train students in multimedia journalism from Aug. 2-5 and will meet from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

The most committed students will be invited to join ThreeSixty’s editorial team and contribute stories to our online magazine throughout the school year. Reporters earn money for completed stories.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call either Lynda McDonnell, executive director, at (651) 962-5282 or Annie Nelson, youth publications editor, at (651) 962-5269.
