12 Weeks to Fitness: Is counting calories healthy?

I don’t understand why people think that just counting calories and not exercising will help them lose weight. Do these same people think that two trips to McDonald’s are healthy as long as they stay under their calorie limit?

Why I love The Hunger Games book series

I’m pretty shy myself, and when I read about this heroine who can stand up for herself, despite things that are preventing her, I feel influenced to do the same. I’m energized to help anyone out, make the world greener and give back to the community.

What do Driver's Ed and Spider-Man have in common?

A lot of teens groan at the thought of having to take a Driver’s Education class just to get a permit and then a license. Some often wonder why we need Driver’s Ed.
