Police say drugs are a factor in nearly all, Damien Rouse could have easily been number 32 in the Minneapolis homicide list but thanks to __Turning Point__ he and thousands of others are not.
At Turning Point, a drug and alcohol treatment program on Minneapolis’ Northside, African-American men who’ve been hooked on drugs work to turn their lives around.

This was an excellent video. Very well put together and I really just wanted to keep watching. The interviews gave wonderful personal stories and the emotion just seeped through. Wonderful.
